About us
Optistock started out of irritation with a spreadsheet nobody dared to touch any more.
We are a small Dutch team of supply chain specialists and software engineers. Before building Optistock we spent years doing purchasing and planning work at distributors and manufacturers — using exactly the rules of thumb our customers now want to leave behind.
That is why we do not build a black box. Every recommendation traces back to the data and the assumptions behind it. If your buyer cannot explain why the order should be 240 units, the model is not good enough.
We would rather grow slowly with customers who keep us sharp than quickly with customers we cannot help. If Optistock is not a fit for your situation, we will say so.
